World history is a mosaic of all the small, personal stories transpiring all around us. Inspired by a museum visit in Washington, D.C., Lorenz Glatz began to wonder about the missing pieces of the historical mosaic of his own home town south of Vienna.
Who were the neighbors that – before Lorenz himself was born – suddenly simply disappeared? How did they disappear? And where did they go?
