Understanding Computers: An Overview for the Non-Geek

An overview of computers and how they work using language anyone can understand. Most beginner books get technical very quickly and they lose the reader in a jumble of acronyms and obscure explanations to already complicated topics. I use multiple illustrations as they are a great way to convey a topic that would otherwise be difficult to explain using words alone.
