Better and better
A good author from the start, Denise Swank has got steadily better, nailing scenes in recent novels that previously didn’t quite come off. An ambitious author, what most impresses is the broad scope and depth of her story arc, crossing genres at times and layering in raw, realistic social realities. The story drives the writing and makes the author stretch, which is the right way to do it.
If this is ‘chic lit’, it reaches far, far beyond what that term usually means. Whatever one calls it, this is top stuff.
LOVE LOVE LOVE
I absolutely love Denise’s books and definitely recommend reading them, you won’t be disappointed. With Every book, you go through all the emotions and I’ve enjoyed these characters all through these books. Only downside is the wait time for the next book!
