How to make the agile dream a reality
If you read any agile methodology book, start with this one and then go read others. I’ve been doing agile (or so I thought) for a year now, and this book reset my perspective entirely.
I once thought the customer would keep filling the backlog and I’d do the work. Now I realise that it’s possible to plan an entire project in a day or two before diving in to development.
