Wanting His Child

Verity is looking to make a fresh start in her hometown, leaving her company and former life behind in London. While on the road, a young girl suddenly jumps out in front of her car and Verity ends up taking the girl to the hospital. Verity is shocked to find out that the girl is actually the daughter of Silas, the man who once tossed her aside. The two were star-crossed lovers, and despite pledging their eternal love to each other, Verity left for New York, while Silas married another woman and pursued his dream of opening his own business. When he suddenly shows up at her door, he makes a cold demand: "Stay out of my life.".
