After the Diamond Epoque, the Decline, and the Stanpocalypse, in the Epoque of the Empire, mankind is fighting invaders from Andromeda, the nearby galaxy, on Earth, Mars, New Earth, and several other planets. This is the 128th century AG and humans are not the only ones fighting the very bad Andromedans.

Vishal D'Souza, Adam Kemp, and Adrian Adedeji, legendary heroes of the Diamond Epoque who were presumed dead, escape unidentified prison ships to join the fight. They have been gone for a long, long time. Can they do the impossible?
