Writing Basics

Beginning to write is often the most frustrating and difficult portion of the writing process. “What do I write about?” “Where do I start?” These phrases echo in the minds of writers everywhere. When beginning to write, it helps to formulate a graphical “map” of what we are trying to accomplish. Without a blueprint, houses would crumble; buildings would topple. This is also true with your writing. What are you trying to say within your paper?  The best way to do this is to use a sort of “web,” or guide map, that will connect your ideas together.
