Here's is my Personal Essay synopsis of my Book:

With all of the problems that are based on decades of Wage Stagnation and Discrimination, with Ageism (Age Discrimination) now growing into an epidemic, I found it necessary to write this book that will shine light on covered up problems that plague our country's corporate culture and society in general.

Age Discrimination is not about older people today - it has grown into a Multi-Generational issue that now Ageism effects all ages in the 21st Century. America's Wage Inequality is one of the highest growing dilemma's facing the nation today.

I am actively working to bring the awareness of these issues as Societal Root Causes for the massive outcomes that manifest as mental and physical human distress. After years of being in the trenches of corporate human resources and talent acquisition, taking the past 2 years digging into research as well, I want to propose alternative solutions from various angles that the entire society can take part in - so everyone can have a voice.

In closing, I think it is that right of not only every American but every human being to have a blissful life and ability to make an honest living. These issues have to be addressed NOW as we are at a tipping point - we can have the American Dream back.
