01/03/93 State Missouri V. Daryl Shurn

A jury convicted Daryl Shurn of murder in the first degree, but could not agree on sentence. The trial court then sentenced him to death. After an evidentiary hearing, the post-conviction court overruled his Rule 29.15 motion. On appeal, Shurn raises 21 points of error. This Court has exclusive appellate jurisdiction. Mo. Const. art.
