BROWN, J. -- The suggestion has been made that this Court should of its o wn motion dismiss this appeal for failure to bring in as joint parties appellant certain co-defendants of the appealing defendant against whom decrees pro confesso had been entered in the court below upon the theory that the omitted parties are necessary parties to this appeal. I cannot accede to this suggestion.
