Read and try

While reading this book I start practicing what I was reading. Now that the book is done I accomplished the following:

- Walk every day at 5pm for 30min; days went by.... 2km
- Run every day at 5pm for 30 min; days went by.... 3km

Now I’m running 5km to 7km daily and I enjoy it. I’ve missed a couple of days due to external factors, but is ok, I accept and continue enjoying.

- I improve my sleeping schedule to 8 hours
- I’ve been reading from 9pm to 11pm
- I’ve been reading the Bible every morning

And the list can go on. This review is not to brag, but to encourage you to read and implement. I hope you enjoy it as I did.
