Descripción editorial

OPINION Jimmy Wayne Bailey appeals his conviction by a jury of the offense of aggravated sexual assault of a child. The jury assessed his punishment at 18 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. He contends in four points of error on appeal that the trial court abused its discretion in denying his pretrial motion to suppress two oral statements and two written statements that he had given. We affirm.
