This is an appeal from the order entered on June 8, 2000, in the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, in which the
court awarded the parties shared legal custody of their minor child with primary physical custody of the child vested in K.A.W.
For the following reasons, we vacate the order and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
