Children Of The Fallen Star

The mutant pivoted toward her – he could clearly hear her words, but he did not appear to understand them.

“Lea,” she said, tapping her chest with her free left hand.

Jax watched the female trying to communicate with him.  While he would have to take her back to Earth, neither of them was going anywhere soon.  He was going to have to live with her in this tiny cabin for – well, for who knew how long.

Lea had heard many stories of how the mutants humiliate and abuse the girls they capture.  And now, after being abducted herself, she helplessly awaits her fate.  Jax’s efforts to save his fellow mutants and their female captives have resulted in his own spacecraft’s damage, and now he and Lea are rocketing out of control.  Determined to save the life of the female he captured, Jax searches for a solution.

Determine to survive, the two stranded space traveler overcome their fear of each other, and find that their journey home leads them to an entirely different state of being.
