Conery v. Snow Time

Defendant moves this Court for an order pursuant to CPLR 3212 dismissing plaintiffs complaint because, inter alia, plaintiff assumed the risk of injury while participating in downhill skiing. Plaintiff opposes this relief and cross-moves for sanctions for certain disclosure violations.
