Descripción editorial

1. A directed verdict is improperly granted where evidence is sufficient to create a jury question as to whether an employee handbook was distributed, and as to whether the plaintiff's conduct constituted a ""flagrant violation"" of company rules. 2. The trial court erred in finding an employer may be ""justified"" in breaching a contract because of its pecuniary interest in pleasing a third party with which it had a separate contract.
