Eagle Eye

An ancient eagle warrior with a sworn grudge. A human bartender running from a past she doesn’t understand. And a collision on a dark city street that changes everything.
Alok of the Eagles has spent centuries fighting wars and decades nursing a blood feud against the ruthless vultures who shattered his family. Stationed in the concrete chaos of New York City to track dangerous enemy cells, the battle-hardened commander never expects to be knocked flat on his back by a tiny mortal woman.
Kelsey Nesbit is just trying to survive. Juggling three jobs, dodging city creepers, and shaking off childhood memories of her late mother’s ravings about "demons with wings," she keeps her head down and keeps moving. But when a late-night commute turns into a terrifying chase, she collides headfirst with a golden-eyed stranger who feels impossible, lethal, and intoxicatingly safe.
One touch ignites a primal fire neither of them can control.
When deadly predators shatter her apartment door to tear Kelsey away, Alok will unleash every lethal instinct he possesses to protect her. But Kelsey is tied to a dangerous secret that threatens to upend two realms—and with enemies closing in, the raptor who swore off mercy will have to risk everything to keep her safe.
