EL DÍA DEL TEMBLOR

MorfoCultura, the second series in the LectoCultura collection, is comprised of thirty texts arranged into fifteen stages of reading levels D to R.  Each level of two books provides educators with the storyline of a Colombian ranching family whose adventures capture the interest of students. Each book offers an authentic setting rich in language use. This series focuses the attention of students on morphemes, the component parts of a word. These parts give the words function and meaning through communication, and widen for the first, second and third graders the possibilities of combinations to enrich their vocabulary.
