Per Curiam. This is an appeal by the defendant Fernando Segarra from a judgment of conviction and sentence for conspiracy to possess
cocaine which was entered blow upon an adverse jury verdict. Defendant raises three points on appeal which, we conclude, fail
to present reversible error.
