Gardner v. State

1 Appellant, Richard Gardner, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-73-3629, of the crime of Attempted Robbery With Firearms. In accordance with the verdict of the jury he was sentenced to serve a term of forty-five (45) years in the State penitentiary.
