Gary Grimm v. State Indiana

Appellant Gary Grimm appeals from the trial courts denial of his petition for post-conviction relief pursuant to Ind. R.P.C. 1. Appellant was charged in one information with two counts of unlawful dealing in a controlled substance, Ind. Code § 35-24.1-4.1-1 (Burns 1975) (current version at Ind.
