ORDER By order of January 5, 1989, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in Winter v Automobile Club of Michigan (AAA), (Docket No. 81973). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on September 26, 1989, 433 Mich 446 (1989), the application is again considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this matter to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of the decision in Winter v Automobile Club of Michigan (AAA).
