Gehring v. State

Plaintiff, Susanne Gehring, appeals from the judgment of the
district court which dismissed her action filed against the
defendant, the Kansas Department of Transportation
[20 Kan. App. 2d 247]
(KDOT), because plaintiff's claim was barred by the statute of
limitations.
