Grinstead v. State

KNIGHT, Justice. This is a suit by appellee against appellant for damages to his automobile and for personal injuries arising out of a collision between a tractor-trailer owned by appellant and the automobile owned and operated by appellee. The jury returned a verdict for appellee in the sum of $1250. From a judgment based on that verdict, appellant prosecutes this appeal.
