H.F. Shepherdson Company v. Central Fire

Action in the district court for Hennepin county to recover on three fire insurance policies issued by defendants (Central Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore, Michigan Fire and Marine Insurance Company, and California Insurance Company of San Francisco) insuring one M.B. Lytle, doing business as Harbor Elevator, and providing for the payment of any loss to plaintiff as mortgagee as its interests might appear. After findings for plaintiff, Edmund A. Montgomery, Judge, defendants appealed from an order denying their motion for a new trial.
