H. Leroy Gammon v. Federated Milk

In this action plaintiff seeks (1) treble damages for injuries compensable under the Anti-trust Statutes and (2) damages resulting from an alleged malicious interference with his rights under a contract. The lower court entered a summary judgment in favor of the defendant and plaintiff appeals.
