Descripción editorial
Defendants at trial have appealed from an adverse verdict and judgment entered in a personal injury action in which plaintiffs claimed damages suffered through the negligent operation of defendants automobile. All assignments of error are directed to the trial courts refusal to grant defendants motion for directed verdict. There was no motion for new trial and appellants urge that there is a total absence of any evidence of negligence.
