DUHE, Circuit Judge. In this diversity action, Occidental appeals the district court's ruling on the admissibility of parol evidence and the court's denial of its motion for a new trial. H & W cross appeals, objecting to the court's denial of its request for prejudgment interest. Finding no error, we affirm.
