GERAGHTY, J. -- This appeal is from a judgment of the superior court remanding the respondents application for additional compensation to the joint board of the department of labor and industries, with direction to determine the correctness of all issues raised in the application. The position of the parties will be better understood by referring to them as department and claimant.
