Hakeem Olajuwon created a new mold for big men in the game of basketball.

Getting into the game of basketball after starting out playing soccer, Hakeem used the deft footwork he learned on the pitch to dismantle opposing slow-footed big men in basketball. His “Dream Shake” move was product of that foot work and quickness which gave opponents fits. Hakeem’s quickness and athleticism worked on the defensive end also: He was a two-time NBA Defensive Player Of The Year and is the NBA’s career leader in blocked shots.

Hakeem made 12 All-Star games and led the Houston Rockets to two championships, winning and MVP award in the process. Would you like your footwork to be as quick and precise as The Dream’s? Then This Hakeem Olajuwon Signature Workout Program is for you.

We cover some of Hakeem’s best skills, including:

Post Footwork And Spin Moves
Face-Up Moves Utilizing Your Quickness
Post Scoring Using Your Quickness And Touch Instead Of Bulk
Using Fakes And Shake Moves In The Post To Get Shot Blockers Off Their Feet And Out Of Position
