Harbor Insurance Co. v. Paulson

Action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when struck by defendants train. Motions for nonsuit and directed verdict were denied. The jury awarded plaintiff $75,000. Defendant moved for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for a new trial. The court granted the former and denied the latter. Plaintiff appeals from the judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
