Haron D. Craig v. State Texas

This is an appeal from a conviction for aggravated assault upon a peace officer. V.T.C.A., Penal Code, § 22.02(a)(2). Punishment, enhanced by the allegation and proof of a prior felony conviction, was assessed by the jury at nine (9) years imprisonment. See V.T.C.A., Penal Code, § 12.42(a).
