In August 1992, Robert Keys and Barbara Meyers, d/b/a Homer Cabins (Keys), contracted

to remove discarded wood from a site they leased near Ninilchik, Alaska. After a log splitter was stolen from the site, Keys
parked at the site a motor home he owned, and asked Bobbie Satterwhite to stay there to discourage further theft. 1
