Petitioner-Appellant Wolfgang Eisermann (Eisermann) appeals from the October 3, 2001 "Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order" entered by Judge Virginia Lea Crandall denying, without a hearing, his May 2, 2000 Hawaii Rules of Penal Procedure (HRPP) Rule 40 "Petition to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Judgment or to Release Petitioner From Custody" (May 2, 2000 HRPP Rule 40 Petition) and the September 11, 2000 "Addendum to Petition for Rule 40 Post-Conviction Relief" (September 11, 2000 Addendum). We affirm.
