Hastings v. Hastings

1. Jeffery Hastings appeals the judgment divorcing him from Geri Hastings. His appeal concerns the trial courts decision to award Geri limited term maintenance. We conclude that the trial court properly exercised its discretion on the issue, and therefore affirm.
