WARNING! This book may be hazardous to your traditional beliefs.

This study tackles the problem of the widely disparate doctrinal views found among the diverse Christian denominations and sects. The author analyzes some of the key conflicting issues by applying the filter of the Old and New Testament scriptures. In the process, the answer to the all-important question, "What must I do to be saved?" is clearly and thoroughly documented including an in-depth study of the "new birth" experience. The concern for the eternal fate of aborted babies and of the multitudes who have lived and died without a chance to hear the gospel is also addressed. At the same time, some popular doctrines are challenged including the traditional Sunday day of worship, the Good Friday crucifixion, Sunday resurrection, the immortal soul, the state of the dead and the importance of Gods sacred name. This book may not appeal to those who fail to believe that both the Old and New Testament scriptures are the divinely revealed word of the Living God. To those who do believe, it is hoped that it will trigger a desire to follow the example of the noble Bereans who,…"received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily to see whether those things were so"(Acts 17:11).
