HCB Company Profile. HCB Property Valuations were established during 2001 in the Western Cape, thereafter ventured and established in the Eastern Cape, Limpopo, Kwa-Zulu Natal and North West. HCB Property Valuations are an association of experienced, professional and highly qualified independent valuers. Our teams consists of like-minded individuals focused on continually building our reputation and establishing HCB Property Valuations as the valuers of first choice in the focus on specializing in mass appraisals and also undertake ad hoc valuations to various companies. Our mission is to create work for previously disadvantage people. We strive to educate local people and reduce unemployment. We concur with the local government policies concerning job creation.
