Helen Cooper v. City Creve Coeur

Stewart, J. This is an appeal from the judgment of the circuit court dismissing plaintiff's "Petition for Review" of the action taken
by defendants to discharge Howard Cooper, a police officer. The plaintiff in this action is the widow of the police officer,
who sues as administratrix of his estate. Defendants are the City of Creve Coeur, its mayor, and the board of aldermen.
