Helen Harris v. State

TYSON, JUDGE Helen Harris was indicted for the murder of her thirteen month old son, Damarrio Harris. The jury found the appellant guilty of the lesser included offense of manslaughter. She was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment in the penitentiary.
