Helen Johnson v. Coca Cola Bottling

Action in the district court for Kandiyohi county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff, an employe in the municipal liquor store of the village of Clara City, when a bottle of Coca Cola, a product sold by defendant to plaintiffs employer, exploded in plaintiffs hand. The case was tried before C. A. Rolloff, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict returned for defendant. From an order denying her alternative motion for judgment or a new trial, plaintiff appealed.
