Helen Legions v. Liberty Mutual Insurance

McLEMORE, S.J. In this worker's compensation case the Chancellor found that plaintiff's injuries which were incurred on June 3, 1982, were a result of her misconduct, and that her injuries did not arise out of and in the course and scope of her employment. The plaintiff has appealed.
