Helena Chemcial Co. v. Wilkins

Helena Chemical Company and Hyperformer Seed Company (collectively "Helena") appeal the trial courts entry of judgment, in which Kenneth, Tom, Geen, and Mark Wilkins, as well as their respective business entities, (collectively "the Wilkins") were awarded $360,000 plus attorneys fees following a jury trial.
