Descripción editorial

Steven Joyner (Joyner) appeals from a conviction of felony stalking in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-2-506 (LexisNexis 2001). Joyner pled guilty, but utilized W.R.Cr.P. 11(a)(2) to reserve his right to appeal the district court's denial of his Motion to Dismiss. Joyner contends that the criminal case should have been dismissed because the order of protection he was accused of violating was entered without affording him an adequate opportunity to appear and be heard. We reverse and remand. ISSUES
