L. F. Bolduc and Others v. New York Fire

Action in the district court for Ramsey county by L. F. Bolduc, Paul A. Prendergast, and Arthur A. Sehlin, partners d.b.a. L. H. Bolduc & Company, to recover for damage to their pile driver allegedly covered by an insurance policy issued by defendant company. After findings for plaintiffs, Albin S. Pearson, Judge, defendant appealed from an order denying its motion for a new trial.
