In Light the Fire, you’ll find the story of Jana Tackett, who’s from a small farming community in the San Joaquin Valley of California, whose life unfolds differently than what she envisioned. God has a totally different plan for her, pushing her out of her comfort zone in ways she never thought possible.


After going on a blind date, she marries a man who would eventually become a minister, a missionary, an entrepreneur, an RV enthusiast, and a real estate investor. Without a doubt, her adventurous husband and their three fearless sons enjoy living life to the fullest. Jana learns the importance of laughter, embracing the time she has with her family.


In Light the Fire, author Jana Tackett shares her experiences in being a young wife and mother of three energetic boys. Jana shares her family’s homeschooling journey and the exciting road trip adventures they took across the U.S., traveling to forty-eight states in their family RV.
