M30 workouts were strategically designed using the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) protocol to bring you workouts that provide the best Metabolic Conditioning.  


What is HIIT and Metabolic Conditioning?  


High Intensity Interval Training is an exercise strategy that alternates periods of high intense anaerobic exercises with resting periods.  This form of cardiovascular workout is the best way to improve your athletic capacity and metabolic conditioning which then improves your glucose metabolism, followed by improved fat burning.


How can you enhance your anaerobic exercises?


With resistance.  So basic dumbbells, a chair or bench, and a pullup bar is recommended for best results. You can always substitute exercises if needed.
