Mass Blossoming

Descripción editorial

This anthology is written by journalism graduate students at Emerson College. The book was created at the cusp of the COVID-19 pandemic, and many stories capture ways people in Massachusetts initially adapted to a mass shutdown of their state. In these pages, overlooked workers suddenly become essential, a new Bostonian watches the pandemic in her home country, and wildlife returns to Cape Cod. Stories developed before the crisis examine religiosity of millennials, the struggle to find affordable housing and the adoption of greener cleaners at a local school.
