Max and his wife, Linda Garza are the senior pastors of the Victory Outreach Church in the beautiful City of Portland, Oregon. An exciting thriving growing church that has literally impacted thousands of men and women throughout Portland and the Pacific Northwest Region.


Throughout Pastor Max Garza’s over twenty years of ministry he has worked with literally hundreds of families and individuals with drug, alcohol and gang related problems, within California, Washington, and the state of Oregon. 


He has personally established and launched out other Victory Outreach Churches within the Pacific Northwest Region and California. He has established one of the largest and strongest Christian Recovery Facilities for Men and Women and Second phase (Re-entry) homes in the Pacific Northwest


Pastor Max received from the city of Portland, Oregon (Multnomah County) 

•The Gang Violence Prevention Award in 2005

•The Christian Servants Award in 2002 by Northwest Christian Community Foundation


And has been recognized by many City and State officials within the state of Oregon, for his labor and dedication of community outreach and bringing hope to many lives in the City of Portland, Oregon. Pastor Max, continues to achieve excellence throughout his many years of community service locally, as well as nationally.
