Okemah Construction, Inc., brought this action to recover the money alleged to be due and owing to it by Barkley-Farmer, Inc., under a contract between the parties dated May 5, 1977. The trial was to the court without a jury and resulted in a judgment for the plaintiff in the sum of $27,656.16, plus attorneys fees. The plaintiff was not satisfied with the amount of the judgment and has appealed. Findings of fact and conclusions of law were filed. The judgment will be affirmed as modified.
