Olson v. Hutton

Keith Gibb appeals the district courts dismissal of his suit against John Scott for tortious interference with Gibbs employment contract. He also appeals the dismissal of his suit against his employer, World Book, Inc. (hereinafter "World Book") for wrongful discharge. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
